Edward with Skateboard - Tender Leaf Toys | Wooden Doll NZ

Meet Edward, the adventurous member of the Goodwood Family who’s always ready to roll. With flexible limbs and a cheerful knitted top, Edward can balance, pose and cruise around on his bright red wooden skateboard. Designed to support storytelling and role-play, he helps children explore social interactions, coordination and creativity through active doll play.

Perfectly scaled for wooden dolls houses, Edward’s bendable legs make him a dynamic companion for indoor scenes or outdoor adventures. His solid wood body, resin features, and rope-jointed limbs allow for realistic movement and interactive fun - ideal for little hands developing dexterity and fine motor skills.

Edward is a delightful accessory for Montessori-aligned playrooms, inviting open-ended storytelling and inclusive representation.

Tender Leaf Toys are hand‑crafted in Indonesia from SVLK‑certified reclaimed rubberwood, Each toy is finished with non‑toxic, water‑based paints, then certified to EN 71, ASTM and AS/NZS standards. For every tree they up‑cycle, the brand plants another, letting you delight your little one today and nurture a greener tomorrow. So when you order a Tender Leaf Toy from Curious Moonbeam, at least 2 trees get planted! With your help, we choose to nurture the earth for the children of tomorrow.
