Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 – ONLINE STORE TERMS

  1. By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) or have given consent for any minor dependants to use this site.
  2. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose, nor violate any laws (including copyright).
  3. You must not transmit worms, viruses or destructive code.
  4. Breach of any Terms results in immediate termination of Service.

SECTION 2 – GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. We reserve the right to refuse Service to anyone at any time for any reason.
  2. Your content (excluding card data) may be transferred un-encrypted and involve transmissions over various networks; credit-card data is always encrypted during transfer.

  4. Headings are for convenience only and do not limit or affect these Terms.

We are not liable if information on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or not current. Material is provided for general information and should not be relied upon without consulting more accurate sources. Any reliance is at your own risk.

Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part) without notice and shall not be liable to you or any third party for such changes.

SECTION 5 – PRODUCTS OR SERVICES

  1. Certain products or services may be available exclusively online and in limited quantities. Returns or exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy (see link in footer).
  2. We strive to display product colours and images accurately; we cannot guarantee your monitor displays any colour precisely.
  3. We reserve the right to limit sales to any person, region or jurisdiction, or limit quantities. Product descriptions and pricing may change at any time without notice.
  4. Products are dispatched directly from our fulfilment partners. Items in a single order may ship separately and may arrive from outside New Zealand, which can affect delivery times (see Shipping Policy for details).
  5. We do not warrant that products or services will meet your expectations or that errors in the Service will be corrected.

SECTION 6 – ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We may limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household or order. In such cases we will attempt to notify you via the email or phone number provided.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information and to update details promptly.

SECTION 7 – OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide access to third-party tools “as is” without warranties. Any use is entirely at your own risk, and you should ensure you approve the terms of each third-party provider.

Third-party links may direct you to websites not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for content or accuracy of third-party materials and will not be liable for any harm arising from transactions with third-party websites.
